To do this, open the Settings menu and select Troubleshoot. If this doesn’t fix your problem, you can also try Windows 10’s built-in Bluetooth troubleshooter. Select the Bluetooth driver option in the Device Manager and click the uninstall or expand option. You can delete all of the Bluetooth devices at once or remove them one by one.Īfter doing this, you can unhide the Bluetooth device. Your PC will then show you a list of Bluetooth devices. Now, right-click and delete the Bluetooth device key. In the right-hand column, look for the “Name” value. To find and delete a Bluetooth device, open the device manager in the Control Panel. Before you perform this action, it’s a good idea to backup any Windows devices you’re planning to delete. From there, you can delete any device keys that are associated with this name. Open the Regedit file, and then double-click on the name of your Bluetooth device.
